Merch'OG Rules for T-Shirt Returns
- Time Windows: Merch'OG gives you 14 to 30 days from the delivery or shipping date to request a return.
- Item Condition: T-shirts must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with any tags still attached.
Fees and Refunds
- Return Shipping: You often have to pay for return shipping or face a restocking/return fee subtracted from your final refund amount, unless the store offers free returns.
- Refund Type: Refunds usually go back to your original payment method, though some shops only issue store credit or exchanges for sale items.
